We Are On A Mission

How It Started

We first met in May 2020 over Google Meet to chat about dividends. After an engaging conversation and hearing ourselves talk, we had a wild idea—why not record it and start a podcast? We barely knew each other, having only exchanged a few messages on Twitter, but that great conversation sparked something bigger. This was just the beginning of what would lead to our bold vision: helping ordinary Europeans achieve financial freedom through dividend growth investing. 

We’re very ambitious, and while we’ve already accomplished a lot, we’re eager to see what else lies ahead on this journey.

December 2019
Start of Journey

European Dividend Growth Investor starts a blog focused on dividend growth investing, particularly European dividend stocks.

June 2020
Launch of First Episode

During the Covid pandemic, Derek and European Dividend Growth Investor launch the first episode of Dividend Talk, a podcast for European dividend growth investors.

January 2023
Meeting in Person

The co-hosts meet in person, defining their vision for Dividend Talk Premium to address gaps in the European dividend investment community.

October 2023
First Edition of Dividend Talk

The first edition of Dividend Talk Premium was released, met with an overwhelmingly positive response.

November 2024
Growth

One year later, 23 newsletters and 100+ dividend stock analyses have been published. Funds collected from founding members have supported this dedicated website and further service enhancements.
